摘要
县级公立医院改革深入推进,必须有效建立起可持续的县级公立医院经济运行机制。从浙江省县级公立医院改革先行试点县市的医疗服务与经营现状出发,分析了医改后影响县级公立医院经济运行的原因,提出了政府补偿机制要到位、医疗价格机制要合理、医院自主经营要提升、医院管理服务要高效等优化县级公立医院经济运行的对策,以期为进一步推进县级公立医院改革提供参考。
Further promotion of the county public hospital reform relies on the establishment of sustainable finance mechanism. This paper, starting from the medical services and financial status of the first pilot county of the county public hospital reform in Zhejiang province, analyzes the influence factors on county level hospital financial status. Measurements such as establishing and full implementing government compensation mechanism, rational setting medical price, extending hospital self-management and promoting hospital management efficiency are also put forward to give reference for further implementing county level public hospital reform.
