摘要
运用文献检索法、结构化访谈、个案研究等方法,构建医院中层干部执行力模型。并在此基础上设计由培训需求评价、培训计划制定、培训过程实施与控制和培训效果评估等环节组成的医院干部培训体系。旨在通过构建完整的医院干部培训体系环路,解决当前干部培训过程中存在的培训规模、培训质量和培训实效不统一问题,促进医院事业科学发展。
Implementation capacity model is built by methods of literature review, structured interview and case study. Based on the Implementation capacity model, hospital cadres training system which involves training demand assessment, training plan, implementation, control and impact assessment is designed to solve problems of disunity of training scale, quality and effectiveness and to promote hospital management scientific development.
