摘要
目的:为加强对生物显微镜的质量控制与监督提供技术支持和参考。方法:以国家标准GB/T 2985-2008生物显微镜为基础,阐述物镜、目镜和聚光镜等光学部件的主要质量控制参数及意义,探讨其参数参与质量控制的必要性和重要性,对现阶段存在的主要问题进行分析,并对下一步的质量控制工作提出对策。结果:生物显微镜的物镜和聚光镜的数值孔径以及物镜和目镜的齐焦距离偏差等光学参数直接影响着显微镜的成像质量。结论:三大光学部件的主要质量控制参数对控制生物显微镜的质量发挥着重要的作用,应考虑将其纳入质量控制的范畴。
Objective: To provide technical supports and references for the quality control of biological microscope. Methods:It described the main quality control parameters of objectives, eyepieces and condensers on the base of GB/T 2985-2008 biological microscope standard, and discussed the importance and necessity of these parameters, at the same time, analyzed the existing problems, and putted forward some suggestions for the next step quality control works. Results: The optical parameters of objective lens numerical aperture, condenser numerical aperture, lens and eyepiece focal distance error directly affected the imaging quality of the microscope. Conclusion: The major quality parameters of three large optical components played an important role in quality control of biological microscope, considerations should be given to include them in the category of quality control.
