螺旋断层放射治疗系统的影响因素分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 目的:针对螺旋断层放射治疗(Tomo Therapy)系统故障率较传统加速器高的问题,分析影响Tomo Therapy开机率的相关因素,并提出相应对策,以提高设备的使用效率。方法:回顾性分析日常故障记录,总结影响Tomo Therapy开机率的主要因素。结果:影响Tomo Therapy开机率的主要因素分别为:温度冷却系统、空气压缩系统、易损性部件和数据安全系统。结论:对影响螺旋断层放射治疗系统开机率的4个因素提出了相应的保养和维护对策,以降低设备故障率,保证系统安全、高效的运行。 Objective: To analyze the factors affecting operation rate of TomoTherapy system, which had higher failure rate compared to the traditional accelerator. Relevant countermeasures had been proposed to increase the operation rate. Methods:To discuss the main factors affecting operation rate of TomoTherapy, the failure record had been analyzed. Results: Temperature cooling system, compressed air system, deteriorating parts and database system had been summarized to be the main factors caused the failure of the TomoTherapy. Conclusion:Some corresponding maintenance measures specific to the four factors had been proposed in order to reduce TomoTherapy failure rate and increase TomoTherapy service efficiency.
