牛DAZL基因序列分析、克隆及表达载体构建

摘要 利用生物信息学方法对牛DAZL基因的一级结构和同源性进行分析,并根据牛DAZL基因序列设计引物来克隆该基因,通过酶切、连接、转化构建该基因的表达载体,成功克隆到了DAZL基因。生物信息学分析结果显示,哺乳动物的DAZL基因同源性很高。此外,构建了牛DAZL基因的带绿色荧光蛋白的真核表达质粒p EGFP-N3-DAZL。
