摘要
以NN亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA为交联剂,在无引发剂的前提下,通过静置热聚合法将丙烯酸(AA、丙烯酰胺(AM、2–丙烯酰胺基–2–甲基丙磺酸(AMPS、淀粉(St4种单体共聚得到四元共聚吸附树脂。研究了不同因素对树脂吸水率和吸附亚甲基蓝量的影响,并利用显微镜对树脂的表面形貌进行了分析。实验结果表明,在选定条件下树脂对蒸馏水和亚甲基蓝有较好的吸附性,且对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附量为132~133 mg/g。
Using N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) as cross linker, four kinds of monomers including acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and starch (St) were copolymerized to prepare the quaternary copolymer adsorption resin by the static thermal polymerization method without initiator. The influence of different factors on water absorption rate of the resin and the amount of adsorbing methylene blue was investigated. The surface morphology of the resin was analyzed by microscope. The experimental results show that the resin possesses better absorbency for distilled water and methylene blue, and the maximum adsorption amount for methylene blue is 132-133 mg/g.
