摘要
通过密闭爆发器研究了预应变损伤对推进剂燃烧性能的影响,研究结果表明:推进剂在承受一定大小的预应变损伤时,推进剂的燃速呈增加趋势,且随着预应变增加,燃速增加趋势加大;当推进剂样品承受5%~20%定应变损伤时,推进剂燃速略有增加,且增加幅度与推进剂样品尺寸存在一定关系,推进剂样品尺寸加大时,推进剂燃速增加幅度提高。
The influence of the prestrain damage on combustion performance of propellant was investigated by using a closed detonating chamber. The research results indicate that the burning rate of propellant shows the increasing tendency when the propellant bears certain prestrain damage, and the increasing tendency of burning rate raises with increasing of the prestrain. The burning rate of propellant increases slightly when the propellant samples bear the strain damage of 5%-20%, and there is a certain relationship between the increasing extent and the size of propellant samples. The increasing extent of propellant burning rate increases when the size of propellant samples increases.
