校企合作与地方高校工程人才培养

INDUSTRY-UNIVERSITY COOPERATION AND ENGINEERING PERSONNEL TRAINING IN LOCAL UNIVERSITY

校企合作是提升地方高校工程人才培养质量的有效途径,既有利于培养学生的实践能力,也可以克服高校办学资源相对不足的短板,还能推动整体办学模式改革。受高校和社会等多方面因素影响,当前的校企合作大都处于浅层状态。要实现深度的校企合作,政府应当充分发挥引导作用,高校应构建相应的管理体制与运行机制,企业应树立战略意识,积极参与校企合作的实践。

Industry-university cooperation is an effective way to enhance the quality of engineering personnel training in local university, because it is advantageous to training students＇ practical ability, can solve the problem of school-running resource shortage, but also promote the reform of overall personnel training mode. Affected by many factors, the current industry-university cooperation is mostly in a superficial level. It is very important to conduct cooperation at a higher level that the government should play full of leading function; universities should construct a good management system; enterprises should establish strategic awareness and actively participate in the practice of industry-university cooperation.
