理工科高校师德状况调查报告——以北京某“211”理工科高校为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了了解高校师德的现状、优势和问题,为师德建设工作提供改进方向,特以北京某"211"理工科高校为样本、以"师爱为魂,学高为师,身正为范,理念为先,学子评价"为主题进行了问卷调查和追踪访谈。数据分析显示,师德状况总体良好,但在教学能力、教育理念、素质修养、儒雅风度方面还存在一些问题,师生间缺乏交流且教师态度有待改善。 Teachers' ethics affect young generation' s thinking, personality and choice. In order to understand the present situation of morality, advantages and disadvantages, provide direction for construction work, we took several undergraduates from a “211” college of science and engineering in Beijing as study objects. Through the data, we know that teachers' moral status is generally in good but there are still some problems in teaching ability, educational philosophy, cultivation of personal qualities and scholarly bearing. Teach- ers' attitudes and communication toward students still need to be improved.
