摘要
基于齿边浮阀塔板流体力学性能实验数据开发了水力学模型。介绍了齿边浮阀的结构特点,该浮阀塔板克服了F1型浮阀塔板的许多缺点,例如液面梯度较大,返混程度比较高,浮阀易旋转、磨损、脱落等。然后根据其所做的水力学性能研究的实验数据进行回归得到水力学模型,包括干板压降、湿板压降、雾沫夹带、漏液,并对模型计算的数据和实验数据进行了比较。结果表明:塔板压降的误差比较小,雾沫夹带和漏液的误差相对大一点,但该模型能较好地反映出齿边浮阀塔板的水力学性能,可以为以后水力学计算提供参考。
The hydraulics model based on the hydrodynamics experimental data of the serrated side valve tray was developed, and the structural features of which were introduced. Many shortcomings of F1 valve tray were overcome by it, such as larger surface gradient, higher degree of back mixing, easier rotation, wear, loss of the float valve, etc. The hydraulics model was gotten by returning data pressure drop, wet plate pressure drop, entrainment, according to the hydraulics experiment, including dry plate eakage experimental data were compared. The results show that the entrainment and leakage reflected by the model, And the data gotten by model calculating and the error of tray pressure drop is less, the error of is relatively larger. But the hydraulics property of the serrated side valve tray is better which provides the reference for hydraulics calculation in the future.
