脊柱源性疾病学的理论构建与人文针灸调治研究

Research on Theory Frame and Acupuncture Therapy of Spine-original Nosology

根据多年的临床研究,结合大量文献报道,首次提出"脊柱源性疾病"的概念及流行病学特征。进而,从中西医融合的高度,从经络理论及脊柱生理病理、临床检诊、人文针灸治疗研究等广度,原创性提出"脊柱源性疾病学"新学科,并系统性阐述了其理论构架与人文针灸治疗学研究进展。从而,较完整地建立起了一门新的临床医学分支学科——脊柱源性疾病学。

The concept and the epidemiological characteristics of spine-original diseases have been put forward primarily based on clinical research results combined with mass literature reports from many years. The original subject of spine-original nosology has been put forward according to the theories of integrated TCM and WM,meridians,spinal physiopathology,clinical diagnosis and acupuncture therapy,and it systematically explains the development of theory frame and acupuncture therapy. In this way,the spine-original nosology,which is a new subdiscipline of clinical medicine,has been established on a comprehensive basis.
