摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。样品以乙醇为溶剂进行提取,提取液在Eclipse Plus C18柱色谱柱上,以70%的乙腈水溶液为流动相进行分离,检测波长为268nm。丹参酮IIA在1.6×10-4-0.05g/L范围内呈现良好线性关系(r=0.999),检测限为4.7×10-5g/L。该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点,应用方法准确测定了丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。
A method for determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in radix salviae miltiorrhizae by High performance liquid chroma- tography was developed. Sample was extracted by ethanol, and the extract was separated on an Eclipse Plus C 18 column with 70% acetonitrile water solution as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was set at 268nm. The calibration curve of tanshinone Ⅱ A showed good linearity in the range of 1.6×10^-4-0.05g/L, then correlation coefficients R=0.999. The meth- od has advantages of simplicity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, it can he used for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in radix salviae miltiorrhizae.
