摘要
建立了水产品中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的高效液相色谱-荧光检测器检测法。检出限为10mg/kg,回收率在72.1-103.5%,精密度（RSD）在3.9-9.5%。方法简便、快捷、准确,可以用于水产品中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的测定。
A method for determination of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate （SDBS） in aquatic products by HPLC method was established.the recoveries ranged from 72.1% to 103.5% and the detection limit was 10 mg/kg, with the corresponding relative standard deviation （RSD） of 3.9- 9.5%.The established method could be requirements for the aquatic products analysis of SDBS.
