摘要
根据JJ F1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范的要求[1],对火焰原子吸收法测定饲料中铬的含量进行不确定度评估,方法考虑不确定度的来源包括样品质量的称量、标准溶液配制、试剂空白中铬浓度、重复测量样品及回收率等因素,计算出各种不确定度分量并将其合成,以此计算出饲料中铬测定结果的不确定度,结果为17.0±1.7mg/kg。结果表明,影响铬测量不确定度的主要因素有重复性测量和回收率引入的不确定分量。
According to JJF1059-1999 measurement uncertainty evaluation and the reqpdrements of technical specification [1], Evaluating the uneertainty of chromium content in feed with the method of flame atomic absorption .The method considering the sources of p, ncertainty , including the sample quality of weighing, preparating standard solution, the chromip, m concentration in blank reagent, repeated measp, ring sample , recovery and the other factors. CalcpJating and synthe- sising the p, ncertainty components. Calculating the results of the uncertainty what ehromium concentration in feed.The result was 17.0±1.7 mg/kg. The results showed that the main factors that influenced the p, ncertainty of chromium was the uncertainty component of repetiting measure and the recovery.
