摘要
目的:评价液相色谱法测定饮料中安赛蜜的不确定度;方法:分析不确定度来源,建立分析结果的数学模型,计算不确定度分离、结果的合成部确定度及扩展部确定度。结论:不确定度的测量可用于评定高效液相色谱法测定饮料中安赛蜜含量的测定结果。
Objective: Evaluate the uncertainty of acesulfame potassium in beverage determined by HPLC ; Methods: Analyzed the sources of uncertainty, established the mathematical model of the results of the analysis, than calculated the uncer- tainty of separation and the results of combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. Conclusion: Uncertainty measure- ment can be used to evaluate the determination results of acesulfame potassium in beverage by HPLC.
