免疫蛋鸡新城疫灭活苗免疫抗体效价的监测分析

Monitoring Inactivated Vaccine Antibody Titers on the Immunization of Newcastle Disease for Laying Hens

新城疫是临床上难以预防和控制的疾病之一，免疫接种是预防和控制鸡新城疫的极为重要的措施，关键是使鸡群在整个饲养周期内对新城疫始终保持高度持久一致的免疫力。本文通过对蛋鸡新城疫灭活苗免疫抗体效价进行监测并分析了效价结果，以期能够对广大养殖户在免疫过程中起到指导作用。

Newcastle disease （ND） is recognized as one of the diseases difficult to prevent and control. Immunization is the main method to prevent and control this disease while the key is to keep a strong, lasting, unanimous immunity to ND throughout the raising period. In the paper, the Newcastle Disease Vaccine laying antibody titers were monitored and the results of potency was analyzed in order to guide for the majority of farmers in the immune process.
