正常脑老化过程中海马头、体、尾部代谢物改变应用研究

摘要 目的:应用1 H-MRS技术,研究正常脑老化过程中双侧海马不同部位物质代谢的变化规律。方法对121名健康右利手志愿者,根据年龄分为青年组(20~44岁,47例)、中年组(45~59岁,40例)和老年组(60~79岁,40例)行颅脑MRI、MRS检查,自动测量并计算出海马区不同部位代谢物浓度比值NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr。分析不同性别、不同侧别、年龄组间各统计指标间的差异。结果双侧海马头部NAA/Cr比值在老年组与青年组、老年组与中年组间比较差异有统计学意义( P <0 U.05);双侧海马体1区、左侧海马体2区、左侧海马尾部NAA/Cr比值仅在青年组与老年组间差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);海马头、体(体1区、体2区)、尾部年龄组间Cho/Cr比值差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。双侧海马各部位NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。海马头、体(体1区、体2区)、尾部NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论双侧海马不同部位NAA/Cr比值存在年龄组间差异,Cho/Cr比值未见差异;双侧海马各部位NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值均不存在性别及侧别差异。 Objective To investigate the regulation of material metabolism changes in different regions of bilateral hippocampus during normal brain aging through proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) technique.Methods One hundred and twenty-one right handedness healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study ,according to their age who were divided into youth group (age range:20-44yr, n =47),middle-aged group (age range:45-59yr, n =40),older age group (age range:60-79yr, n =40),all the volunteers were examined by MRI and MRS ,the concentration ratio of metabolite in different regions of bilateral hippocampus ( NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr ) was automatically measured .The differences of the parameters in different sex ,different side and different age groups were statistically analyzed .Results There was a significant difference in the concentration ratio of NAA/Cr in bilateral hippocampal head between older age group and youth group and between older age group and middle age group ( P 〈0.05).There was a significant difference in the concentration ratio of NAA/Cr in bilateral hippocampal body-region 1,left hippocampal body-region 2 and left hippocampal body tail between older age group and youth group ( P 〈0.05),however,there was no significant difference in the ratio of Cho /Cr in hippocampal head,body (region 1 and region 2) and tail among the three groups ( P 〉0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr in different regions of bilateral hippocampus ( P 〉0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr in hippocampal head ,body (region 1 and region 2) and tail among the three groups ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion There is significant difference in the ratio of NAA/Cr in different regions of bilateral hippocampus among different age groups,howevere,there is no significant difference in the ratio of NAA/Cr.Moreover there is no significant difference in ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr in different regions of bilateral hippocampus between males and females and between left side and right side .
