从指南看双相抑郁的药物治疗 被引量：1

Drug treatment of bipolar depression based on practice guidlines

摘要 双相抑郁的病程多变,不易识别,治疗复杂而困难。遵循指南的规范化治疗是双相抑郁治疗成功的关键因素。本文结合治疗指南,综述双相抑郁的规范化药物治疗。 Bipolar depression is a chronic disease with variegated course and low rate of identification. However, its treatment is still complicate and difficult. The concordance with guidlines plays a critical rule on successful treatment of bipolar depression. This review describes the pharmaceutical treatment of bipolar depression according to the practice guidlines.
