利用低熔点涤纶改善针织物脱散性方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 为减少纬编针织产品的脱散性,采用低熔点双组分涤纶长丝与主原料交织的方法,利用低熔点纤维熔融黏结的特点,改善织物脱散性。在系统研究低熔点双组分涤纶长丝特性的基础上,通过纱线线密度、针织横机编织NP值、织物定形温度和定形时间等4个因素对针织物脱散性影响的正交试验和极差分析,探讨利用低熔点双组分涤纶长丝改善针织物脱散性的最佳工艺。结果表明,减少NP值,织物紧密,织物脱散性小;选用与低熔点纤维相适宜的定形温度和定形时间,实现低熔点组分的表面熔融,能够改善织物脱散性。 The paper presents a new kind of method to improve the unroving of knitted fabric, i.e., a bi-com- ponent polyester fiber filament with low melting point is inter-knitted with main yarn in which the fusion bonding characteristics of low melting point fiber plays the role. Based on the characteristics of bi-component polyester fiber with low melting point, the optimum improving unroving technology in terms of linear density, sinking depth, heat- setting temperature and heat-setting time for hi-component polyester fiber with low melting point is analyzed through the orthogonal experiment and range analysis. The results show that lower the NP value is, smaller the unroving of knitted fabric will be; the appropriate heat-setting temperature and heat-setting time can achieve the excellent sur- face melting of low melting point component fiber and improve the unroving of knitted fabric.
