摘要 Dralon腈纶纤维采用德国干法纺丝技术,具有细旦和异形新型纤维特点。本文对Dralon腈纶纤维的生产工艺、形态特征、吸湿性能、力学性质、摩擦性能和碳排放量等方面进行测试与分析,并与日本产腈纶和国内金山产腈纶进行对比。结果表明,Dralon腈纶纤维表面光滑,截面呈哑铃形;覆盖性好,蓬松丰满;输水性强,干爽透气;易染色,颜色鲜艳;防霉、防蛀,是一种绿色、低碳、环保的可持续发展纤维。 Dralon acrylic fiber has the characteristics of both fine fiber and profiled fiber, which is produced by the German dry spinning technology. The paper tests and compares the main properties of the dralon acrylic fiber, domestic Jinshan acrylic fiber and acrylic fiber made in Japan in terms of the production process, morphological characteristics, moisture absorption properties, mechanical properties, frictional performance and the carbon-emission and so on. The results show that dralon acrylic fiber has smooth surface and dumb-bell shape section; excellent coverage and bulky appearance; good moisture absorption and air permeability; easy to dye and bright color; mildew and moth proof properties, which is a new kind of sustainable development fiber with low carbon emission and en- vironmental protection characteristics.
