摘要 茶多糖是一类具有生物活性且结构复杂的糖蛋白复合物。结合膜集成联用技术通过微滤和超滤分离方法对粗制茶多糖溶液进行纯化,同时对纯化后的茶多糖进行结构和活性分析。结果表明,以0.05μm的膜孔径,0.2MPa的操作压力和1%的料液为最佳微滤工艺条件,再经30 k D的超滤膜进行二次纯化,多糖含量从50%提高至81%,工艺简单易行,适宜于工业化生产,同时保存多糖的活性。 Tea polysaccharides are a group of glycoprotein compounds that have biological activity and com- plicated structure. In this study, we combined microfiltration with ultrafiltration separation methods to purify the crude tea polysaecharides. The structure and activity of the purified polysaecharides were analyzed. Results showed that the optimal processing conditions of microfiltration for tea polysaccharide purification were: using the membrane with pore size of 0.05 μm, under 0.2 MPa operating pressure with 1% feed concentration of the crude solution, followed by the second purification through a 30 kD ultrafiltration membrane. The yield ofpoly- saccharides increased from 50% to 81% using this purification method. In conclusion, this method is simple and the purified polysaccharides remain high activity; thus this method is suitable for industrial production.
