古典园林“与古为新”之启示——一方塔园的现状调查与反思

Rethinking the Traditional Chinese Garden： a Case Study of the Tower Garden

随着社会的发展，在特定的政治、经济、文化背景下逐步形成和发展起来的古典园林已不能完全满足现代人民的生活和使用需求。本文以上海方塔园为实例，通过对其空间布局与造园手法、文化内涵与人文感知、游客行为与使用情况的分析，展开对于古典园林现状利用的反思。总结出在古典园林的基础上营造现代园林的四大要点：概念转换、功能扩展、重视自然与文化传承。

With the development of society, the traditional Chinese gardens which have been gradualy formed and dev- eloped in a particular political, economic and cultural backgr- ound cannot fuly meet the demands of modern life in today’s society. In this paper, taking the Tower Garden as an example, through the analysis of its spatial layout and gardening practi- ces, cultural connotation and humanistic perception, behavior and the use of tourists, four points have been summarized as a guide to create modern gardens on the basis of classical garde- ns： conversion of concept, extension of functions, and respect to natural and cultural heritage.
