本文结合绵阳市科创园城市规划实例，从功能布局、开放空间、交通体系、基础设施等方面着手，提炼出智慧城市的设计特点和设计方法，为我国同类型的区域性中心城市开展智慧城市的建设提供了有益的理论和实践参考。

Based on the planning example of Science and Technology Innovation Park in mianyang, this paper from the aspects of function layout, open space, traffic system, and infrastructure extracts design features and methods of wisdom city, which provides a good theoretical and practical reference to the construction of wisdom city of the same type in regional central city in China.
