在我国，通常规定，建筑物超过了9层（包括9层）就算是高层建筑。但是，在我国对高层住宅小区进行建筑施工时，存在着许多管理问题。文章重点介绍了高层住宅小区在建筑施工过程中，应该采取怎样的管理措施来进行综合的施工管理。

In China, high-rise building is the building that with more than 9 layers. But, there are many problems existing in the building construction process of high-rise residential community. This paper mainly introduces what management measures should be taken in the construction process of high-rise residential community.
