工程施工阶段管理现状探究

随着当前工程项目报批的数量不断增多，建筑市场的竞争力加剧，管理行为松懈所导致的工程施工阶段的管理出现各种各样的不良现象。面对这一系列棘手难题，本文就工程施工阶段的管理现状进行了探究，并相应地提出了对策。

As the growing number of project approval, the construction market competition is intensified. Lax manag- ement behavior leads to al kinds of unhealthy phenomenon in the management in the project construction. Facing the series of difficult problems, the exploration of the management status at the stage of engineering construction has been carried on and countermeasures put forward accordingly in this paper.
