At present, there are many common quality faults in the construction process of the building project. These ex- isting diseases bring a great deal of inconvenience to owner＇s life. In this paper, several main causes of common quality fault and countermeasures have carried on a simple analysis and discussion, which is hoping to provide some theoretical ref- erence for related research.
