为提高住宅工程施工质量，国内有相当一部分房地产开发企业要求项目监理机构通过实测实量来对工程质量进行预控，从而减少质量问题的产生。本文就项目监理机构如何工程实体实测进行实量的内容及注意点进行了阐述。

In order to improve the quality of residential bu-ildings, there is a considerable part of the real estates deve-loping enterprises demanding the project supervision organi-zations to carry on quality pre-control by actual measurement and thereby reducing quality problems. This paper elaborated how the project supervision institutions make engineering en-tity measurements and its content and points of atention.
