随着我国工程建设的不断发展，工程监理也逐渐向着工程项目管理的方向转变，工程项目管理将会进一步提升整个项目建设的经济效益和社会效益，成为当前工程管理发展的新方向。本文就工程监理与工程项目管理的关系进行了相关的探讨和分析。

With the continuous development of the engine- eering construction in our country, the engineering supervision has changed gradualy towards the engineering project man- agement. Project management wil further promote economic benefit and social benefit, of the whole project. And it has become the new trend of the development of current project management. This essay discussed and analyzed the relation- nship between the engineering supervision and project man- agement.
