As the most important infrastructure of water con- servancy project, sluice has the function with resource al- ocation, flood control, irrigation and so on. Methods of how to strengthen the safety management of water conservancy pr- oject are introduced in this paper, hoping to contribute to co- nstruction of water conservancy project.
