浅谈新形势下的城中村改造桎梏及其应对策略

Shackles and Coping Strategies of Urban Village Transformation under the New Situation

城中村是社会工作重点着力的地方，也是理论研究的重要课题，但目前其理论成果数量不多，涉及的主题范围比较狭窄，对城中村的研究广度和深度都不够。本文分析了城中村改造遇到的问题，并针对问题提出了解决策略。

Urban village is the focus of social work, also is one of the important subjects and theoretical researches, but the number of its theories result is not much, range of topics covered is narrow, and its breadth and depth is not enough. This paper analyzes the problems in reconstruction of the urban village, and puts forward some solving strategies.
