山地城市绿色空间规划思考

Reflections on Urban Green Space Planning in Mountain City

绿色空间是山地城市区域内非建设用地系统中的核心部分,是维护山地区域生态安全和支撑城乡持续发展的本底。由于山地环境的脆弱性和复杂性,快速城镇化建设对绿色空间的干扰远大于平地,通常的规划思路显现出诸多不适应山地环境之处。笔者借鉴国内外相关规划实践经验,提出在山地环境下应特别重视多目标导向、多尺度整合、重视环境单元、维护动态过程、协调关联边缘效应、构建控制要素体系等适应性规划思路。

Green spaces are the core part of non-development land in urban area,and ensure mountain area’s ecological security and sustainable development. The disturbance with rapid urbanization to urban green spaces at mountain area far more than flat land,and the usual planning strategies cannot adapt to mountain environment completely. This paper draws lessons from domestic and international relevant plannings,and discuss some adaptable planning strategies： multi-objective orientation,multi-scale integration,protection of environmental unit, maintenance of dynamic process,coordination of edge effect and construction of controlling elements system.
