儿童脊柱脊髓发育畸形的MRI诊断 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨MRI影像学检查对儿童脊柱脊髓发育畸形的诊断价值。方法选取自2013年6月20日至2014年4月20日来本院接受治疗的脊柱脊髓畸形患儿30例,均进行MRI检查,分析MRI的诊断准确率。结果 MRI能够准确诊断29例(96.67%),其中脊柱发育畸形者15例,脊柱脊髓均发育畸形者7例,骶管囊肿者5例,脊髓发育畸形者2例。1例脊柱脊髓均发育畸形者由于病变较轻而误诊为单纯的脊柱发育畸形,后经多位医师重复诊断后确诊。结论对脊柱脊髓发育畸形的患儿实施MRI检查是可行的,一般能够准确、迅速地诊断病因,适合推广于临床。 Objective To explore the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of developmental deformity of spine and spinal cord in children. Methods Thirty children with developmental deformity of spine and spinal cord admitted to our hospital were selected. All cases received MRI examination, and the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was analyzed. Results Among 30 cases, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 96.67%(29/30), including 15 cases of spinal developmental deformity, 7 cases of both spine and spinal cord developmental deformity, 5cases of sakrale zyste, and 2 cases of spinal cord developmental deformity. One case of both spine and spinal cord developmental deformity was misdiagnosed as single spinal developmental deformity. Conclusions MRI is practicable in the diagnosis of developmental deformity of spine and spinal cord in children. It can accurately and quickly diagnose the causes of diseases, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
