宫外孕采用腔内超声引导细针穿刺异位妊娠囊注射氨甲喋呤的疗效分析

Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Fine-Needle Aspiration in Eccyesis Gestation Sac for Methotrexate Injection for the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨分析宫外孕采用腔内超声引导细针穿刺异位妊娠囊注射氨甲喋呤治疗的临床效果。方法将2013年5月至2014年5月入住我院的60例宫外孕患者作为研究对象并随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗措施,实验组采用腔内超声引导细针穿刺异位妊娠囊注射氨甲喋呤进行治疗,观察并比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。实验组患者的手术时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕采用腔内超声引导细针穿刺异位妊娠囊注射氨甲喋呤进行治疗,总有效率高,患者手术时间和住院时间明显缩短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration in eccyesis gestation sac for methotrexate injection for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Sixty cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy,while the experimental group was treated with ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration in eccyesis gestation sac for methotrexate injection.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The operating time and length of hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The therapy of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration in eccyesis gestation sac for methotrexate injection is effective for ectopic pregnancy, which can shorten patients＇ operating time and length of hospital stay.
