布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效观察 被引量:2

Effect of Budesonide and Ipratropine Compound Atomizing Inhalation Combined with Oral Montelukast in the Treatment of Infantile Wheezing

摘要 目的观察布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效。方法收集138例喘息患儿随机分为三组,联合组(n=48,布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特)和雾化组(n=46,布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入)和孟鲁司特组(n=44,口服孟鲁司特),比较三组的咳嗽消失、喘息缓解、肺部喘鸣音消失时间、平均住院时间和临床疗效。结果在咳嗽消失、喘息缓解、喘鸣音消失以及平均住院时间方面,联合组的显著少于雾化组和孟鲁司特组(P<0.01),雾化组显著少于孟鲁司特组(P<0.01);显效率方面,联合组显著高于雾化组和孟鲁司特组(P<0.05、0.01),雾化组显著高于孟鲁司特组(P<0.01)。结论吸入布地耐德和可必特联合口服孟鲁司特可以明显减轻婴幼儿喘息的症状,缩短病程,对于婴幼儿喘息急性发作可能是目前最好的联合用药方法。 Objective To observate the effect of budesonide and ipratropine compound atomizing inhalation combined with oral montelukast in treatment of infantile wheezing. Methods 138 cases of infantile wheezing were randomly divided into 3 groups: combined treatment group(n = 48, budesonide and ipratropine compound atomizing inhalation combined with oral montelukast treatment), atomizing inhalation group(n = 46, budesonide and ipratropine compound atomizing inhalation) and montelukast group(n = 44, oral montelukast). The clinical indicators and effects of 3 groups were compared. Results In the clinical indicators, the combined treatment group was superior to the other two groups(P〈0.01), and the atomizing inhalation group was superior to the montelukast group(P〈0.01). In the markly effective rate, the combined treatment group was superior to the other two groups(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the atomizing inhalation group was superior to the montelukast group(P〈0.01). Conclusions Budesonide and ipratropine compound atomizing inhalation combined with oral montelukast is effective, which can relieve symptoms and shorten the course of disease.
