氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗女阴萎缩硬化性苔藓的疗效观察

Effect of Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy for Vulva Sclerosis Atrophic Moss

目的探讨氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗方法在女阴萎缩硬化苔藓疾病的临床治疗效果。方法选取于2012年9月至2013年8月间我院收治的女阴萎缩硬化苔藓疾病患者共计46例。将上述患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者采用临床常用的外用软膏进行治疗,治疗组患者采用氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,比较分析两组的治疗效果以及病情复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的56.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为0.0%,显著低于对照组的30.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗法是一种治疗女阴萎缩硬化性苔藓的有效方法,该方法具有安全、有效等特点,临床治疗条件有待进一步研究和优化,值得临床借鉴和广泛推广。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of vulva atrophy sclerosing moss. Methods Forty-six patients with vulva atrophy sclerosing moss admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 23 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine topical ointment, while patients in the treatment group were given aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. The curative effect and relapse situation were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was100.0%, significantly higher than 56.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of treatment group was 0.0%, significantly lower than 30.8% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Amino ketones pentanoic acid photodynamic therapy is an effective and safe method of vulva atrophy sclerosing moss. Its clinical condition needs further study and optimization.
