布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

Effect of Budesonide Combined with Montelukast Sodium for the Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)治疗中的效果。方法选择我院2013年6月至2014年6月98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,采用隐匿数字随机法分为两组,对照组49例患者在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入,观察组49例在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患儿咳嗽症状评分、肺功能指标及症状控制时间。结果两组治疗前日间、夜间咳嗽频度、咳嗽严重程度评分、PEF、FEV1比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后两组症状评分、肺功能指标较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组日间、夜间咳嗽频度、咳嗽严重程度评分降低幅度明显大于对照组,PEF、FEV1升高幅度明显大于对照组,症状控制时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠能缩短治疗时间,迅速改善患儿肺功能,是小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）. Methods Ninety-eight cases of children with CVA in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 49 cases in each group. All cases were given budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of routine therapy, while children in the observation group were given montelukast sodium additionally. The cough symptom scores, pulmonary function parameters and the time of symptoms control were observed and compared between two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in the cough frequency（day and night）,cough severity score, PEF and FEV1（P〉0.05）. After therapy, the symptom scores and pulmonary function parameters improved significantly in both groups（P〈0.05）, and the observation group was superior to the control groups in all indicators（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium is an effective method for the treatment of children with CVA, which can shorten treatment time, and improve children＇s lung function rapidly.
