基于“奶酪原理”查对护理方式对急诊静脉输液的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于"奶酪原理"查对护理方式在急诊静脉输液的效果。方法基于"奶酪原理"查对要求"三查七对"护理基础上加强患者家属参与度,选取我院急诊静脉输液患者6 250例,随机分为试验组(n=3 150)和对照组(n=3 100)。两组均采用"三查七对"查对护理方式,试验组增加患者家属对患者基本信息与用药确认,比较两组输液操作时间和不良事件发生率。结果试验组平均输液操作时间为(5.62±1.23)min,对照组(5.59±1.34)min,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但试验组不良事件发生率(0.03%)明显低于对照组(0.45%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于"奶酪原理"查对护理可有效保障急诊输液安全,减少了不良事件的发生,值得临床研究与应用。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing checkup based on "cheese principle" on emergency intravenous infusion.Methods 6 250 cases of emergency intravenous infusion were selected and divided into the experimental group(n = 3 150) and the control group(n = 3 100). Both groups were given three times and double check for seven projects, while the experimental group was given family's participation additionally. The infusion operating time and incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between two groups.Results The average infusion operating time was(5.62 ± 1.23) min and(5.59 ± 1.34) min of experimental group and control group respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05). The incidence of adverse events of experimental group was 0.03%,significantly lower than 0.45% of control group, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions Nursing checkup based on "cheese principle" can effectively protect safety of emergency intravenous transfusion, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical research and application.
