小家庭生活方式影响下的传统民居研究——以漳州诒安堡民居平面布局为例

Study on Traditional House Layout Affected by Small-Size Family Lifestyle:A Case Study of Yi'an Bao in Zhangzhou

以平面布局的各种规律为切入点,对闽南传统民居的使用方式进行研究,分析其在现代生活与文化背景下,居住空间与生活方式相互影响、相互制约的机制。研究发现,现实便利性对平面布局的影响占据主导地位,这不仅反映在分户与入口流线的选择上.在单元平面的功能分配与位置分布上也有所体现;居住形式食寝分离,厨房与卧室绝对分离:居住需求呈现年龄分化,年轻家庭追求居室空间的独立化,老年家庭则追求居住空间的复合化。

In this paper, the various rules of architectural layout serves as a starting point for the research on the use of the traditional houses of Minnan. It analyses the mechanism of mutual interaction and constraints between the living spaces and lifestyle in the context of modern life and culture, The study reveals that the living conveniences with the layout plays a dominant role, which is not only reflected in the choice of household division and entries, but also reflected in the functional distribution of the plan; that is, the separation of eating and sleeping, and the absolute separation of kitchen and bedroom; the age differentiation in housing demands, in which young families desire independent living spaces and elderly families compound living spaces.
