经导管主动脉瓣置换术的临床研究进展
摘要
经导管主动脉瓣置换式（TAVR）目前已经成为外科高风险手术或不能进行外科手术的重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的有效替代治疗方案,随着这一技术的日趋成熟,适应证的不断扩大,不断有令人鼓舞的研究发表,将成为主动脉瓣狭窄的常规手术之一。本文就这一技术的研究进行综述如下。
