In the designing process of Le Meridien Zhengzhou, Neri ＆ Hu Design and Research Office has envisioned a new landmark for the capital of Henan Province. Neri ＆ Hu has developed a restrained approach to urban public space integration. Through a strategy of confrontation and intervention, Neri ＆ Hu explored the possibilities of creating a landmark in a rapidly developing metropolis and responding to the city＇s regional culture.
