上海奉贤东部地区1193例护理院老人血清维生素D水平调查

Investigation on the serum vitamin D level of 1193 old people in nursing home in eastern Fengxian district of Shanghai

目的调查上海奉贤东部地区老年护理院老人维生素D水平。方法选择2012年9~10月上海奉城医院护理院及纵向整合单位护理院符合条件的60岁以上老人共1 193例,按照年龄分成4组,分别为60~〈70岁组、70~〈80岁组、80~〈90岁组、≥90岁组。体检当天留取空腹静脉血,检测其25-羟维生素D[25-（OH）D]水平,并比较不同性别、不同年龄组的水平。结果 1 193例护理院老人25-（OH）D的平均水平为16.16ng/mL,其中维生素D缺乏者（≤20ng/mL）共839例,占70.33%;维生素D不足者（21~29ng/mL）共230例,占19.28%;维生素D充足者（〉30ng/mL）共124例,占10.39%。女性比男性缺乏更严重。血清25-（OH）D水平与年龄呈负相关（r=-0.944 75,P〈0.05）。结论上海奉贤东部地区护理院老人维生素D普遍缺乏,且随年龄增高缺乏更严重,应引起足够重视。

Objective To investigate the serum vitamin D level of the old people in nursing home in eastern Fengxian district in Shanghai. Methods A total of 1 193 old people over 60 years in Fengcheng nursing home were divided into 60-〈70 years group, 70-〈80 years group,80-〈90 years group, ≥90 years group according to age. Fasting venous blood were obtained at the physical examination day,the level of 25-OH vitamin D[25-（OH）D] was measured and analyzed. Results The mean level of 25-（OH）D was 16.16 ng/mL in 1 193 old people in nursing home. There were 839 cases with vitamin D deficiency（≤20 ng/mL）, accounting for 70.33% ,230 cases with vitamin D insufficiency（21-29 ng/mL）,accounting for 19.28%, 124 cases with vitamin D sufficiency（〉 30 ng/mL） ,accounting for 10. 39%. Women were more serious than men in vitamin D deficiency. 25-（OH）D level of old people decreased with the increasing of age（r=-0. 944 75 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deficiency of vitamin D is common for old people in nurs- ing home in the eastern Fengxian district of Shanghai,the more elder,the degree of dificiency is more serious.
