产业网络嵌入对农民工创业成长的影响研究——基于知识能力累积视角的实证分析

The Influence of Industrial Network Embeddedness on the Entrepreneurial Growth of Migrant Workers——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Perspective of Knowledge and Capability Accumulation

在"产业网络嵌入—知识及能力累积—农民工创业成长"的理论框架下,使用来自赣、皖、苏、豫4省176位农民工创业的样本数据,运用结构方程模型对三者关系进行实证分析,结果表明:就农民工创业而言,新创企业产业网络的结构性嵌入对知识获取有正向影响,但对能力累积的影响不显著;与结构性嵌入相比,关系性嵌入对新创企业的知识获取和能力累积具有更为显著的作用;就知识获取和能力累积而言,新创企业嵌入产业网络实现的能力累积对促进企业成长的作用更显著。

Based on the theoretical framework of ＂industrial network embeddedness—knowledge and capability accumulation—entrepreneurial growth of migrant workers＂,the paper analyzes the relationships among the three factors by using structural equation model with sample data collected from 176 migrant workers in four different provinces. The result indicates that for migrant workers to start enterprises,the structural embeddedness of newly established enterprise has positive influence on knowledge accumulation while the impact on capability accumulation is insignificant. Compared to structural embeddedness,relational embeddedness has a more positive effect on both knowledge and capability accumulation. For knowledge and capability accumulation,capability accumulated from industrial network embeddedness has a more significant influence on entrepreneurial growth.
