Under the background of modern sustainable urban development, Land is intensively used and metropolis will update upon urban material foundations. Thus, the appearance of high density neighborhoods is inevitable. Issues are aroused about how to create a unique neighborhood of high quality, while balancing the interests of environment, economy and society. Based on the new design and construction cases realized both in France and in China by AAUPC, this article will elaborate ＂Garden City＂ design concept and explore some new strategies for sustainable development mode of high density neighborhoods.
