应用循证护理规范植入式输液港维护操作的实践

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Normalizing Implantable Venous Access Port Maintenance Practice

目的:探讨植入式输液港维护操作的规范,以维持导管通畅确保治疗的顺利进行,防止堵塞、感染等并发症。方法:成立由输液组长、副组长和小组核心成员组成的循证小组,对2011年10月-2012年4月在本院乳腺外科实施植入式输液港术的129例患者就植入式输液维护过程中无损针的穿刺方法、冲管和封管的方法以及导管相关性感染等并发症问题进行循证,并对证据的真实性、可靠性、实用性作出评价,得出结论并应用于临床。结果:129例患者一次性穿刺无损针成功率为99.4%,留置导管期间,导管未发生堵塞、感染等并发症。结论:循证是临床护理的基础,将循证护理应用于植入式输液港的维护操作,对于规范操作流程,指导临床有着重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the standard maintenance practice of implantable venous access port （IVAP） in order to keep the catheter free of obstruction or infection to ensure successful treatment.Method： An evidence-based nursing team was established to evaluate the authenticity,reliability,and practicability of the evidence regarding the management of non-injured needle injection, flushing and sealing, catheter-related infection during maintenance of IVAP in 129 patients in the department of Breast Surgery from October 2011 to April 2012.Result： The success rate of one-time non-injured needle injection was 99.4%.No obstruction or infection happened during catheter retention. Conclusion：Evidence-based is the basis of clinical care, applying evidence-based nursing to IVAP maintenance for standard operation procedure and to guide clinical were great significance.
