葛根芩连汤治疗急性肠炎68例患者的临床疗效及安全性分析

The Analysis of Clinical Effects and Safety of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on 68 Patients with Acute Enteritis

目的:探讨葛根芩连汤对急性肠炎的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法:选择本院2010年3月-2013年9月收治的68例急性肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组34例,观察组34例,对照组使用阿奇霉素片治疗,观察组使用葛根芩连汤治疗,对两组患者治疗后疗效进行对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.18%,对照组为70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后不良反应发生率为50.00%,观察组为2.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性肠炎采取葛根芩连汤治疗效果显著,可降低不良反应发生,快速作用于病灶,改善症状,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective： To probe into the clinical effects and safety of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on patients with acute enteritis.Method：68 patients who suffered from acute enteritis and accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2010 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the azithromycin tablets,while the observation group were treated with the Gegen Qinlian Decoction. Then, the curative effects of both groups after the treatment were compared.Result： The whole response in the observation group was 91.18%, comparing with 70.59% in the control group, and the differences had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）.In addition, after treatment, the symptom score of two groups also had marked significance, with the symptom score in observation group evidently lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Furthermore, in the control group, the rate of untoward effects in the control group was 50.00% and that in the observation group was 2.94%, which also indicated that the differences had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on patients with acute enteritis is evident, which can decrease the untoward effects, act on the lesions rapidly and improve the symptoms.Thus,it is worth promoting further in the clinical applications.
