血液标本临床检验不合格的原因与对策研究

Research on Reasons of Unqualified Blood Specimens in Clinical Test and Corresponding Counter measures

目的:分析血液标本不合格的原因及探讨其预防对策。方法:选取本院血液检验科2010年9月-2012年9月血液检验不合格标本150例作为研究对象,血液标本均来自于本院的其他科室。整理出在血液标本误差的150例患者的病理资料,将误差信息反馈给相应的科室,邀请相应科室的医务人员参加本次研究,共同分析原因并提出对策。结果:对150份标本检验不合格的原因进行分析后,得出导致血液标本不合的原因有样本溶血、样本凝固、标本延迟送检、抗凝剂使用不当、药物影响及其他原因等。结论:血液标本不合格的原因主要来源于样本溶血、样本凝固、标本延迟送检、抗凝剂使用不当、药物影响及其他原因等方面,从上述各个方面做好采取预防对策,减少血液标本不合格,从而有效提高标本质量,提高检验结果准确性。

Objective：To analyze the reasons of unqualified blood specimens in clinical test and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.Method：150 unqualified blood specimens form different departments in Nanyang Central Hospital from September 2010 to September 2012 were selected as the objects of this study.The error information of those clinical materials were sorted out and reported back to the corresponding departments.Then staff from the corresponding departments were invited to participate in this study, jointly analyzing the causes of errors and proposing countermeasures.Result：After analyzing the 150 specimens,it can be concluded that the common reasons of unqualified blood specimens were sample hemolysis,blood coagulation, late submission, in correct use of anticoagulant, influence of drugs,etc.Conclusion：According to the causes of the unqualified blood specimens, it is necessary to take preventive measures to reduce the unqualified blood samples, so that to improve the accuracy of clinical test.
