粉碎、复杂PilonⅢ型骨折行切开复位内固定术的可行性评价 被引量:1

Feasibility Evaluation of Crushing,Complex Pilon type Ⅲ Fracture with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation

摘要 目的:探讨分析粉碎、复杂PilonⅢ型骨折行切开复位内固定术的可行性。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年2月笔者所在医院收治的50例粉碎、复杂PilonⅢ型骨折患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组患者行切开复位内固定术,对照组患者行经皮钢板内固定术,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组优良率为92%,对照组优良率为68%,观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均无深部感染病例。结论:切开复位内固定术治疗粉碎、复杂PilonⅢ型骨折效果显著,能充分改善局部软组织微循环,术后关节面解剖复位良好,能有效促进踝部功能恢复至正常水平,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of grinding,complex Pilon type Ⅲ fracture with open reduction and internal fixation. Method:From February 2013 to February 2014,50 cases of comminuted,complex Pilon type Ⅲ fracture patients in our hospital were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,the control group was given percutaneous plate fixation.The treatment effect of two groups were compared.Result:The excellent rate of the observation group was 92%,the control group was 68%,there was statistical significance difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of crushing complex Pilon type Ⅲ fracture,can fully improve the microcirculation of local soft tissue,postoperative anatomical reduction of the articular surface is good,can effectively promote the ankle function recovered to normal levels,is worth of clinical promotion and application.
