经导管射频消融肾脏去交感神经法治疗顽固性高血压的护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析总结对经导管射频消融肾脏去交感神经法治疗顽固性高血压患者的临床护理方式,及护理效果。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年3月在笔者所在医院采取导管射频消融肾脏去交感神经法治疗方式进行治疗的顽固性高血压患者中随机选取20例,为所有患者制定有针对性的护理方案,以此实施护理,并密切观察患者病情,疏导患者不良心理,及时发现并处理患者经该疗法治疗后发生的并发症等情况。结果:经密切护理后,20例顽固性高血压患者心理状态、健康感觉、睡眠质量、功能恢复、认知功能各项生存质量指标均较护理前得到明显提高(P<0.05),并未出现严重并发症。结论:对经导管射频消融肾脏去交感神经法进行治疗的顽固性高血压患者实施严密科学且个性化的护理干预,可有效促进患者康复,控制血压,减少并发症,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze by the method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidney to sympathetic nerve in the treatment of resistant hypertension patients clinical nursing way,and the effect of nursing care.Method:From March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital adopt method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidney to sympathetic nerve therapy in the treatment of resistant hypertension patients randomly selected 20 cases, targeted nursing care plan for all of the patients,in order to implement nursing,and closely observed the patient condition,ease patients’ bad psychological,timely discovered the complications of patients after the treatment processing,and so on.Result:After nursing,20 patients with resistant hypertension including the psychology,healthy feeling,sleep quality,function,cognitive function,the various quality indexes of the patients compared with before nursing improved obviously(P〈0.05),and did not appear serious complications.Conclusion:By the method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidneys to sympathetic nerve therapy for treatment of resistant hypertension patients with the implementation of strict scientific and personalized nursing intervention,which can effectively promote the patient rehabilitation,control the blood pressure,reduce the complications,is worthy of promotion.
