摘要 在卫星的研制过程中,可以利用气浮台做充分的全物理仿真实验,这对于空间技术的发展具有重要意义。气浮台依靠压缩空气在气浮轴承与轴承座之间形成的气膜,从而实现失重和近似无摩擦的相对运动条件,以模拟卫星在外层空间的力学环境。本文确定了气浮台的主要尺寸,结构以及材料的选择,经过加载惯量后的形变仿真,以及固有频率的仿真分析,证明了系统的结构强度和稳定性。在测控方面,完成了系统结构的设计、主要元器件的选型以及软件模块的设计。 Air bearing table can be used to achieve full physical simulation in the invention of satellites. This makes of great significance to the development of aerospace industry. It makes air membrane by compressing the air between the air bearing and bearing, forms the weight loss and similar friction-free conditions, simulates the envionment in outer space. This paper ascertains the main dimensions, structure and material of the table. The strength and stability of the system is proved by the simulation of deformation after loading inertia and natural fi'equency. In the controlling aspect, the design of the structure, selection of main components and software module are accomplished.
