摘要
通过对聚丙烯酰胺装置生产过程自动控制仪表现状的研究,提出了采用CENTUM VP集散控制系统作为聚丙烯酰胺装置控制的核心设备。分析Y O K O G A W A公司C E N T U M V P系统的特点和设计思想,针对聚丙烯酰胺装置简单和复杂回路的控制方案,系统阐述了软件组态设计方案及硬件设备现场联调实施。确保装置的"安、稳、长、满、优"运行,帮助企业提高生产效率,增加经济收益。
Through the research of current situation of automatic control instrument for the production process of polyacrylamide device, CENTUM VP collecting and distributing control system as the core of polyacrylamide device control equipment is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics and design idea of CENTUM VP of Yokogawa Company, aiming at the control scheme of simple and Complex circuit of polyacrylamide device, the design scheme of software configuration and hardware equipment's combined debugging at tile scene are elaborated systematically. The device operation with "security, stability, long, full, and excellent" is ensured. It helps enterprises to improve efficiency of production.
